WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN THE D’ HAUTE JEWELRY COLLECTION?
D’ Haute Collection pieces are designed and made in the United States using the finest quality of sterling silver, gold, semi-precious stones and other high quality non-precious materials. The sterling silver is plated with at least 2.5 micrometers of yellow gold, rose gold or white rhodium to ensure long lasting luster.
HOW LONG DOES MY JEWELRY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders shipped within the U.S. will take approximately 5 to 7 business days. Out-of-stock or custom finish jewelry pieces will take up to 4 weeks from the time the order is placed.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY PIECE?
Please keep your jewelry piece in our signature box in order to preserve its shine. Do not spray perfume or use any liquids or jewelry cleaners on your piece. You can use Tarn-X from the drugstore or baking soda and salt mix with a lint free soft cloth to gently clean your sterling silver and gold pieces.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order with D’ Haute Collection is easy. There’s no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online and payment is processed through our Stripe checkout payment system. (We also accept orders by phone (312-841-7876) or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and payment is processed with our Square payment system.)
